I often draw upon empirically based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Psychotherapy (GP), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).For couples work, I'm trained in Imago Therapy and Gottman Therapy.
