Sold three companies as a CEO, with phenomenal returns to shareholders, supported 3 additional successful acquisitions as a Board member.As CEO of Aduva, within less than 2 years, repositioned Aduva’s, recruited a mature management team, closed 30 F500 customers with over $3 M in booked revenue, set the stage for rapid revenue expansion of $12M and $32M in the respective years post acquisition. Built a strong partner relationship with IBM ( received the prestigious Beacon Award). In line with investors,developed and executed an M&A strategic plan, sold the company to SUNW, achieved a 400% return for investors in less than 2 years.At VerticalNet Solutions, a division of VerticalNet, Inc (VERT) I integrated VERT’s software assets with revenues of $15 M and a backlog of $120 M, As CEO of Tradeum, a business-to-business marketplaces software provider, I led the company from its initial $3M of founding through its $474 M acquisition by VERT in March of 2000.As VP at Oracle's Industrial Sector, I helped lead Oracle's transformation from a horizontal application vendor to a strategic vertical solution provider for global clients such as GM, Honda, Motorola and GE, achieved $500M revenues. I served on the Boards of SIOS Technologies, Method Inc.(Acquired by Global Logic), Accrue Software (ACRU), Unicorn Software (sold to IBM 2006) , Triaina Software (Sold to ICAP 2007).Specialties: A visionary leader, I marry strategic market orientation with relentless execution, sales and marketing expertise, intimate knowledge of the Enterprise to enhance business capabilities through new technologies, balance software maturity with profitable business models.
