As the Principal Product Manager and Fintech Product Owner at IDT, I created the BOSS Money app, an international money transfer platform that has completed billions of dollars in transfers and millions of transactions. This role has provided me with a strong foundation in the financial technology space.In this role, I define and prioritize features, monitor and test output, and conduct code reviews to ensure our product meets market needs and user expectations. I also develop and maintain marketing campaigns, analyze analytics, and collaborate on the app’s design. Data Center Build-Out: Collaborated with Bechtel engineers on the design, electrical, HVAC, conduit, and capacity planning for 26 data centers and multiple meet-me rooms. Led the design and build-out of FiberNet’s Network Operations Center in Newark, NJ. Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Nortel and Cisco optical carrier equipment, Adtran MUXs, DSX panels, and other essential rack hardware. Designed circuits from 10Base-T to OC-768, specializing in SONET and DWDM engineering. Process Improvement: Supervised the engineering document review QA programs that improved the implementation schedule efficiency by 8%, reducing the need for revisions. Field Testing & Supervision: Managed field testing and turn-up processes, dedicating 25% of time to on-site activities and 75% to design and supervision. Utilized tools such as AutoCAD 2K, Visio, and Microsoft Project for effective project tracking.

Data Center Optimization: Initiated and implemented the first comprehensive plan for Data Center documentation, including rack and cable tagging/labeling, equipment reorganization, and energy tracking. Customer Support & Field Service: Primary customer success and troubleshooting contact, frequently dispatched to client sites worldwide to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
