My main responsibility is developing and maintaining the Smart Scanner Project, which has gained a significant market share in the scanner app industry.Unlike our competitors, we use advanced deep learning models on cloud servers for more complex algorithms and high-quality document scanning. I have integrated over 50 deep learning models, optimizing them for efficient performance on NVIDIA GPUs.I focus on optimizing the TorchScript Engine for model deployment and have implemented GPU acceleration for image processing algorithms. Our system is highly stable and efficient, outperforming the built-in PyTorch CUDNN interface by 1.5 times.Currently, I am migrating the system to PyTorch 2.0, which I believe will dominate server-side ML deployment. I have achieved record-breaking performance with Stable Diffusion, improving image inpainting and smart image editing.Continuous optimization is crucial due to the high costs of GPU computing. Our system can process over 10 million document images with less than 200 cards, generating substantial profits.
