 A full-time member of the Catalyst (New ERP System) Implementation Team for the Country Turkey.  Reporting directly to Catalyst CEEMA Purchasing Sub-Lead Process Lead and dotted line to Country Procurement Manager.  Contributing to the design and development of the Procurement business processes for Turkey in line with the existing Catalyst template solution. Implementing Catalyst processes, assuring integration with other business processes and streams. Understanding, defining and analysis the country business process gaps and challenges versus the Catalyst template. Driving the available resources (e.g. Key Users), activities and priorities to meet the Catalyst Program deliverables. Recommending the most appropriate business change solutions addressing the identified gaps and permanently follows up on the implementation on country level, in due time to assure a smooth Go-live of Catalyst. Manages the assigned team of Key Users permanently searching for high performance, on time delivery and as smooth as possible change implementation. Responsible for ensuring valid test plans reflecting real country business cases are created and executed based on Catalyst requirements. Working in a large project team with significant interaction and collaboration with peers, as most processes go across functional areas.

 Managing and developing sourcing strategies for a large variety of packaging categories for Gebze and Pendik Plant.  Managing the new packaging materials order/delivery status in lined with the product launch time plan.  Applying Supplier Relation Management (SRM); to improve relations, service level, performance etc.  Collecting regular data of the specified packaging categories; make analysis and report the results to the manager.  Applying Financial Risk Assessments; once a year – evaluate all of the suppliers.

- Support or lead the development of new / alternative suppliers that would be profitable for the company.- Research and evaluate suppliers, obtain best prices by using negotiation skills. - Develop and improve effective networks with suppliers; to maintain appropriate and productive supplier-buyer relationship. - Ensuring that the deliveries of the suppliers are consistent and reliable. - Work coordinately with IPM, Planning and Marketing Departments for the new project deployments.- Tracking the status of the new packaging materials of the new projects; orders and deliveries. Report status against the processes and processes. - Manage the new packaging materials approval processes by related customers and quality department of Cadbury Kent. Organize the supplier with the customer or Cadbury marketing team for attending to the print run; if demanded.- Keep the system updated with the specifications of the materials, prices, strategic suppliers etc. - Collect regular data of the specified packaging categories; make analysis and report the results to the manager. - Guarantee the successful delivery of the calculated cost savings and value creation opportunities. - Help to implement cost saving strategies. - Work with Quality department to keep the wanted quality level of each packaging material in Cadbury Kent.
