Planning and analyzing the sales, development, and profitability of specialty portfolio. Steering the R&D, CONCEPT and market measure pipeline for the respective market segment based on market and key customer needs. Systematically collecting and validating market intelligence data along the value networks to develop and implement the segment strategy. Securing updated tools that support strategy implementation through Sales, while providing structured input for the development of the SBU strategy.
