During my internal logistics internship at TUSAŞ, I gained significant experience in the field of work study and improvement. Our improvement plan focused on the operators' in-plant parts distribution process. Taking into account the aircraft production project duration, my teammates and I estimated the maximum waiting time of the manufactured parts at the same location and optimized how many parts accumulated and when the workers had to leave. At the end of one month, we presented our improvement plans and the results we obtained to the department head.
