I worked in the Quality department responsible for Esan Akü, Esan Metal and Esan Plastik factories within the scope of workplace engineering education. * I was in charge of process control and monitoring, problem solving techniques (8D, 5 WHY), documentation.

In my compulsory production and laboratory internships;* Viscosity, density, freezing and flash point, total acid and base number, four ball test were made for mineral oils in the laboratory.* FTIR, water resistance, water and oil separation, penetration, drip determination measurements were made for greases.* In the production department, daily production process controls, workflow monitoring and quality control were carried out.
