I continued to advise the CEO on matters of strategy and setting up his team to execute on that strategy, in particular helping him with hiring the right talent. This advisory capacity ended with the successful hiring of a new COO and CTO.

I joined Fulfilio on a contract basis to help the CEO define and execute their strategy. Broadly speaking, this involved defining the strategy of the business, translating that strategy into clear objectives, matching those objectives and underlying metrics to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members, and setting up tools and processes to hold those SLT members to account towards those objectives. Along the way, I helped the CEO restructure the SLT to better execute on those objectives, as well as actively 'dove in' to assist SLT members to achieve their objectives.

I joined Redbubble in 2014 when it was an A$60m turnover business, and was a part of the extended leadership team in various roles across Strategy, Product and Growth that led it through IPO and beyond, leaving it as a ASX-listed A$300m business with continued strong growth.
