My responsabilities:- Providing technical support in French and English for Animal Health and Proteins product portfolios in EMEA region. It includes troubleshooting, escalating issues, analyzing complaint information and identification of potential quality issues.- Working with Customer Relationship Management system to build a strong customer database and assist our Sales partners by identifying, recording and escalating opportunities to generate revenue.
