• Sourcing, managing, maintaining, and expanding qualified local talents from numerous MCN or Management Agencies.• Establishing high-quality talents to meet Jagat's business growth.• Represent brand value and brand identity through MCN or Talent Management Agencies.• Maintain communication alignment with related departments in Jagat.

• In charge of academy registration process.• Maintaining payment records and controlling daily petty cash expenses.• In charge of Business Trip, Reimbursement, Petty Cash, Events, etc.• Managing letters, documents and database of students.• Work closely with vendors and business service providers.• Arrange and supervise internal and external offline events such as employee engagement events, weekly library, new program launch and seminars or webinars.• Supervise office assistants and librarians.
