Insights Manager (Platform & Insights)
CurrentI have a hybrid role as a bridge between the Insights and Product teams.Insights Project Management:- Run surveys to gather valuable consumer insights for FMCG companies, enabling data-driven strategic planning- Design (screening) questionnaires to reach the desired target group- Administrative function: image standardisation, open-end coding, exporting and importing data files- Survey testing: making sure respondents get a great research experience by ensuring links and survey logic are working well and respondents are redirected correctly- Organise, collate and clean data files for analysis- Manage 48 projects (and counting) making sure they adhere to stipulated budget and timelineInsights/Product:- Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to improve workflow with the Insights team- Develop new analyses to enhance our research suite; creating documentation, defining relevant use-cases and business impact - Test and refine our new proprietary research platform to identify bottlenecks and optimise performance- Map and prioritise platform improvements to streamline workflows and boost efficiencyVeylinx is the most realistic behavioral insights platform for confidently answering critical business questions during all stages of product innovation. To reliably predict demand, Veylinx captures insights through a Nobel Prize-winning approach in which consumers have real skin in the game. This is a major advantage from traditional market research practices that rely on what consumers say they would hypothetically buy.
