These strategies have led to the ongoing growth and engagement of a vibrant online community, which now includes one thousand active BIPOC filmmakers from Austria and Germany.My role also encompasses mobilizing BIPOC filmmakers for on-site events, such as workshops, screenings, and film talks. Through these events, the association successfully enriched their professional journey and deepened their involvement in the community.Currently, I'm working on launching TikTok channel and conducting interviews for the upcoming Spotify podcast. These endeavors are poised to further expand outreach and offer a fresh dimension to community engagement.
