Responsible for the overall supply chain, initiating and implementation by acting the innovation generator to explore/identify the improvement opportunities, from merchandising planning to order fulfillment.including：- P&L- 8 DCs in Great China (240K SQM in the end of 2021)- logistics & last mile- supply chain planning- network design- system optimization (PMS/OMS/WMS/TMS/SGS, etc) - replenishment & inventory management- cutomer service & experience- loss prevention- pharmaceutical industry GSP (Good Supply Practice) management

Responsible for supply chain and Chengdu business P&L. In charge of overall supply chain including business development, supply chain planning (SH, BJ, GZ, CD), replenishment, customs clearance, DC operations (SH & CD), transportation, customer service.Set up Chengdu Branch in 2019 and take the role of GM, responsible for the business in West China. Including get the DC run, build up the team, get the cross-border license in Chengdu, sign the customer from New Zealand / Italy and import the different categories such as milk, honey, health products, etc.

08/2013 to 05/2017, in charge of replenishment operation, inventory planning & management, system development, DC capacity control for China (totally 15 DCs - including 6 own DCs, 3 VMI DCs, 3 SLC, 2 fresh DCs in SH/BJ, 1 bounded warehouse in GZ).12/2012 to 08/2013. in charge of sales and operations planning, inbound logistics & supplier compliance, responsible for the smooth process and forecast for sales, inventory, margin and DC capacity.
