Ming has 3 years of project management experience (PMP certified) for 4 projects and has been the backup of Line Manager for 2 years. 2 years before that he was the Scrum Master. Meanwhile, Ming has 8 years of product experiences, including 5 years for network security equipment and 3 years for Telecom Microwave equipment.In projects and teams, he always advocates and executes Agile methodologies and follows its best practices to improve efficiency, productivity and customer’s satisfactory. He also understands LEAN quite well.Besides the above product and project experiences, Ming has very strong technical background due to 9 years of Software design and development experiences.Totally Ming has 9 years of working experience in foreign SW companies, he’s very familiar with the multi-site and multi-cultural environment, his spoken and written English is excellent.With high team spirit, Ming is a very good co-worker, he learns a lot about communication skills, Chinese/western philosophy and is always glad to share them.During spare time, Ming loves sports and plays very good tennis, badminton and volleyball etc. He even won the Man Single Tennis Champion in UESTC.
