Data technical support:• Use Hive and SQL to establish database (RDB) of each department of the business line, and be responsible for permission control, upload error analysis and dirty data cleaning, database access and modification authority monitoring, and necessary data retrieval to give statistical conclusions.• Use the internal BI tool (Aeolus) to make BI dashboards for the business line, covering 8 departments, Over 1000+ team members, including management data and business data.• The BI dashboards provides business abnormal data alarms, statistics and feedback on personnel behavior for different types of business data, and is the main source of data and trend charts for periodic reports of each departments.• Provide special analysis reports, through descriptive analysis (mean, quantile, etc.), attribution analysis (multidimensional disassembly, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis), regression analysis, dismantling and modeling analysis of projects to ensure Leader could make decisions based on clear evidence.Project and team management:• Use brainstorming, co-creation, etc. to collect business line data-related requirements, and refine requirements and fields for development.• Use Gantt charts for project management and prioritize projects to ensure maximum benefit.• Train 6+ employee on maintenance, modification of data charts, authority monitoring and other related skills, write project logs and summaries, and do a good job of mentoring.• Write business line data demand reports, and data entry related normative documents.• Promote company-level management tools, monitor employees' behavior, efficiency and improve the quality of employees' work to help reduce labor costs• Cooperating with product, R&D transfer all offline work procedures to online platform.
