Responsibility:Partner with most of the hiring managers in DaDi to understand and discuss about their real recruiting needs, and develop the hiring plan; Coach them throughout the interview process and solve the issues to improve it; Engage in candidate direct sourcing and develop more sourcing channels; Manage and partner with agencies to provide candidates for senior open positions; Develop the pipeline of good candidates for specific requisition and improve the candidate quality; Partner with other recruiters outside DaDiMedia and learn necessary information and methods to improve the hiring status for DaDiMedia;

Responsibility:Provided professional recruiting service for IT Software, Hardware, Internet, Telecom and Semiconductor industry;Summarized the Checklist according to the JD from client companies;Face-to-face and phone interview, short-list candidates from extensive candidate database, make cold call, exploit the external resources, and deliver the qualified candidates;Qualified the candidates and deliver the quality submissions to clients;Analyzed and identified potential targets via industry analysis case by case, and research in depth in the field of the overall evolution trend and staffing structure;Achievements:Succeed Client: Microsoft R&D Center, Reuters, T-Systems, and Amdocs etc.

Responsibility:Assist Office Manager to set up office operation policy;Searching project management:Communication and negotiation with clients on clauses of contract;Requirement analysis of client’s position, in accordance with client’s business situation and culture;Making search strategy, including: target company, department, position, etc;Instructing researcher with resume searching;Screen resumes, communication with candidates, candidates’ qualification and characters analysis and judgment;Coordinate and help to negotiate offer;Building and keeping relationship with clients;Building and keeping relationship with candidates in Telecom and IT industry;Collect dept.
