Current• Technical Support: remotely/onsite support channel partner CE located in whole Asia for technical issues, Chinese Channel Partner Management• Account Service Lead: follow up Hot Cases escalated by SAP customers, organize all needed sources to solve them ASAP, increase customer satisfaction• Spare Parts Management: verify/approve spare part requirements from Channel Partner CE, control HP’s disburse.• Technical Training: Study technical principles and performance of Indigo, train SAP customer through Ramp Up project and help customer realize smooth/massive production • Communication: communicate with manufactures in Israel and forward real need of customer, keep customer satisfy with presses, take actions previously to avoid problems.
