Responsibilities:1. Drive and track Genpact global HR digital projects implementation in covered region (such as Taleo for hiring, Genome for training, Amber for employees Engagement, etc.);2. Act as the head of business HR to offer professional and high end consulting and analytical, reliable supports to business; Partner with Regional Business Leaders to adapt to changing management, strategize resourcing and development of skills, and align return on people investments with operation objectives to meet business needs;3. Assist Regional Business Leaders to review and propose the relevant actions for regional HC planning (hiring, rebadging or lay-off) based on business ramp up/down pipeline; assist BU leaders to control, manage and monitor overheads within financial budget;4. Deploy certain level recruitment plan and make recruitment activities implementation aligned with budget under regional guideline, co-operate with HQ T&A team and recruiting vendors to deliver recruitment results in hiring peak season;5. Work jointly with HQ C&B team to design, implement and manage effective compensation, benefits, incentive programs and policies that meet all department’s needs, which are aligned with company compliance, legal and local standards;6. Lead the performance management process in line with Genpact guideline under regional level; driving the individual development plan for certain level; managing talents review process in defined scope, including talent identify, potential evaluation, succession planning etc. to strengthen and leverage the regional business team;7. Responsibilities:※ Work with the top management team to develop and implement successful HR strategies for BOA China to support the company's vision, value and corporate policies;※ Work with project team to set up new plants and sales offices in different business spot, which including hire management, technical, sales and other supporting employees in a limited time; ※ Be in charge of recruit and retain talents to meet business requirements; ※ Design and implement sound compensation and benefits practices which are competitive in the industry;※ Lead to create and implement key employees career development and team building initiatives;※ Work with management team to update company performance review system, lead to evaluate and manage all employees performance to ensure each of them to meet the company's requirements;

※ Be in charge of setting up a HR team and all HR systems (policies, Regulations, Staff Welfare, Employee contracts, handbook and other HR issues) for Changzhou plant from zero to be consistent; ※ Recruit new employees for functional departments to meet business needs via different channels; re-built a sales team for the Sales Office of Canada in 2009; ※ Monthly auditing employees' salary payment; Update and implement compensation structure; ※ Help Plant Manager to deliver operation related training, such as technical, EHS, etc.; ※ Set up and managing the system of performance review process base on product line; lead season/annual review with all department supervisors; ※ In charge of all employee relation matters and HRIS management;

※ Accurate analysis of clients' recruiting needs by customer visiting;※ Sourcing of candidates for assignments across various industries and geographies，search and screen suitable candidates according to the clients’ requirement;※ Contribute to the attraction of candidates, interview and test candidates;※ Daily communication with clients to track the clients feedback and updated information;※ Provide after order service to both clients and candidates;

※ Do monthly re-conciliation among AP, AR and GL;※ Ensure timely and accurate processing financial reports as a team leader;※ Prepare statutory reports & internal management reports, tax declaration, year-end audit;※ Other accounting assignment required by supervisor;
