English and Mathematics tutoring. Through all the tutoring lessons with my students, I was able to develop skills such as planning, effective communication, analysing and summarising. This is because I need to come out a tuition lesson plan for my student before starting, about how and what I am going to teach and how long the entire session will be. I believe that every student is different and different students need different ways to teach them, therefore, listening to and analysing the student is important. Lastly, summaring all the knowledge for a lesson and a subject is important for the students as this helps them build the concept and they will be able to memorize and understand the knowledge clearly.

For this job, understanding the customers' needs and effective communication as introducing the products to the customers are important. During this experience, I was able to introduce the product to the customers in a short and interesting manner that came out from myself. Also, managing and organising skills are important in order to keep every record for accounting purpose and to keep the table neat for the customer.

This job requires us to always keep an eye on our customer for their best experience and satisfication. We need to think and act fast and smart for any possible condition.

Effective communication and understanding the customer is important for this job as we need to call a lot of people and inform them clearly, understand their questions and give responses in a very short time.
