· Coordinated with media list partners to reach out and secure collaboration.· Facilitated the acquisition and delivery of required materials for the collaboration to ensure the success of the project.· Contributed to increasing the exposure of the 14th forum through effective collaboration with media partners.· Assisted with forum planning tasks.· Monitored the progress of the forum's operation and provided objective feedback to the executive committee team in a timely manner.

· Mined and delivered hot topics of Knowledge Community and pushed these contents to community members, such as popular videos list and trends from other social platforms.· Responsible for Q&A among content creators and community customers.· Followed up fundamental daily work with MCN in the Knowledge Community, such as event notification, and guided them in content improvement.· Introduced advanced quality content KOLs from competitive platforms, including making introduction rules for the sub-districts of Knowledge Community.· Tracked and assessed the invited content creators’ subsequent performance.· Designed and held the training courses for new content creators from core sub-districts, mainly including the members from Nature and Science Community, Society and Humanity Community, and Study and Self-improvement Community.· The highest attendance of live courses is more than 24,000.

· Managed daily media topics and media exposure, based on the current conditions (e.g. important festivals, season change) to update or correct the product information.· Tracked the live data stream of our brand from all the platforms, collected and analyzed competitive brands’ live data and integrated them into reports.· Hired and trained anchors of the brand in the live streaming process and product introduction on both Tmall and JD live platforms.· Evaluated anchors’ performance and instructed them regularly.· Participated in 9.9 Sales, Double 11 and Double 12, provided live streaming materials and innovated live streaming mechanism.· Hosted live broadcast, and transaction completion rate reached 7-10%.· Responsible for purchase orders and internal products application, followed up on all the procedures. · Organized and reported department budget and coordinated other departments’ work.
