- Leading the creative designer team of MADLY - Connecting and building customer relationship- Focus on improving overall efficiency and work quality by adhering to company-prescribed routing steps and within standard times for completion of jewelry pieces and key projects flowing through the workshop.- Provide ongoing training and feedback through performance reviews and periodic one-on-ones. - Perform senior jewelry designer & educator duties as required by the business.

- Proactive in working with all departments to ensure production and design orders are achievable- Review designs, provide comments and solutions to problems as well as price challenges without sacrificing the look and perceived value of product- Responsible for the handling of precious gemstone customised design with a budget- Develop strong customer relationship and maximising sales performance as a jewelry expert- Delivering professional gemstone knowledge during a design consultation- Communicate with international production team to produce order

- Design and prepare innovative ideas using sketches, 3D visualisation and technical drawings for patented fusion gold material and precious metal jewellery design. - Handling of new sales enquiries, which includes of sourcing, analyzing of cost of sales, preparing of quotation and following up action- Identify potential growth area, develop, conceptualize and implement strategies to generate new business with both retail and online shop customers- Inventory and invoicing management
