In his 3-year tenor the firm rose to become one of Top 5 Most Profitable offices in the Keller Williams organization, and home to more than 350 of Manhattan's finest agents. Zhann's experience and track record as both a broker and leader earned him the opportunity to take his career to the next level as Chief Executive Officer of Keller Williams Dubai & Middle East. After 5 years at the helm of Keller Williams, and the successful role out of the business in Dubai, Zhann stepped down as CEO and transitioned out of the brokerage side of the Real Estate industry and into the PropTech and FinTech segments in the role of Chief Operating Officer of Property Monitor, the UAE’s leading real estate data analytics and market intelligence platform.At Property Monitor Zhann is spearheading the growth, diversification, and expansion of the firm and product offerings in the UAE and across the wider GCC region. The move into the PropTech and FinTech segments comes as a natural progression for Zhann who has previously served as the President of the Manhattan MLS and consulted on several real estate technology platforms used in NYC, many of which were acquired by Zillow Group.
