1.Responsible for the design and fabrication for SBIR Air Force project Curved Flat Panel Microdisplay (CFPM, Phase II), delivered prototype with high efficiency OLED integrated oncurved active matrix TFT panel.2.Responsible for the OLED integration on active matrix TFT panel, including electrical and opticaldesign, coating process development, delivering prototype and demos.3.In charge of OLED performance evaluation program, built up in-house OLED testing platform, including Current-Voltage-Light intensity (IVL) test box, efficiency calibration system, light emitting spectra testing setup and OLED lifetime test system.4.Worked as device engineer in SBIR Air Force project Curved Sensor for vision systems (CSVSPhase II), in charge of the fabrication, testing and system integration of the polymer photodiodeimage sensor array.5.In charge of the integration and encapsulation of polymer photo detector on 5 inch activematrix metal oxide TFT back panel, demonstrated 5 inch active matrix polymer photo detectorarray for X ray detection.6.Optimized the optical structure of the top electrode of photo detector to increase sensitivity fordesired wavelength.7.Led photo detector image array testing and performance evaluation program, developed in-house testing protocol and performed root cause analysis.Built up Water Vapor Transmission Rate (WVTR) testing process to evaluate passivation processfor OLED and photo detector.8.Coordinated with venders in Asian with chip bonding and design of experiments (DOE) forimage array.
