1. Lead new product projects through establishing/maintain related process control system/documentation. 2. Responsible for process, equipment, fixture, gauges and tooling design, building and qualification to meet cycle time, safety and quality requirement.3. Responsible for mechanical assembly process. Support production line to do trouble shooting on process issues. Continuously optimize assembly process through SPC, data analysis etc.4.To design/introduce products package solution 5.To design PCBA/box building production line layout and update line layout if needed6.To support complete company RFQ with BU when required, mainly for technical parts7.As manufacturing engineer participated involve all DFM/DFA team for technical discussion8.Manage MRO Material,monitor Min-Max setting to ensure production running smoothly9. Automation, Poka-Yoke & error-proofing design and implementation for labor reduction and quality insurance.

1.Estimate new project manufacturing cost/standard time working hours ,arrange production process ,maintain SAP Routing2.Analyze production data with IE tools.esp.process analysis,operation analysis,time study3.Optimize continuously production data with support from technology and feedback from manufacturing line4.Plan and maintain MES production information system5.Constantly contact with production,technology designer6.Implement Lean production related activities, such as Kaizen and lean workshop,etc.
