I was in the LED luminaire developing Dept and began to do the certificaiton of new product. I need judge the new products’ struction if comply with the IEC60598 standards and offer the suggestion of modification immediately.Collecting the documents, key parts list, description of difference, products spec, diagram of electical control gear and so on, I applied the certification online and prepared the samples.The certification projects includes indoor, outdoor, commercial LED luminaire for the CCC, CQC, energy saving, CE, UL, PSE certification.I have learned the UL1598, UL8750,UL1310 standards during this term.Communicating to institution of certification for consulting and enquiry .I prepared the document for annual factory-examining of certification institution.

I was asked to take the charge of the LED luminaire developing’s Laboratory management, do the test plan, check and approve the test report.Entering into the discussion of manufacture technology and analyzing the fault of electric test. Valuing the risk of struction safty and work out the analysis report.On the every SM1 meeting of new products, I offer the value of technology and modification of struction safty and the issue on certificaiton according to the standards and work out the report.Offering the luminaire standards training to the test technicians and struction engineers in LED luminaire developing Dept.

I was in charge of the testing job of new products in philips lighting luminaire.It contains LED lighting luminaire, self-ballasted LED lamp, fluorescent lamp, HID, metal halide lamp and so no. I am familiar with the ralative standards such as IEC60598（GB7000），IEC61347, IEC62560,IEC62031.I did the Type test includes Electric strength,Insulation resistance, Leakage current, Creepage distance /clearance, Earthing resistance, protection against eletric shock, endurance test, IP test, thermal test, Impact test, Meterial test and so on.And I finish theType test according the test data.I also learnd more standards of parts of luminaires as if :IEC60838-Miscellaneous lampholders(LED module connection device), IEC60320(Appliances couplers), IEC60227/IEC60245(insulated cable) and so on.Meanwhile,according IEC61000,EN55015,IEC61547,CISPR15 standards, I do the EMC test as CE, RE, Harmonic, Surge, ESD ,Voltage dip, EFT test and write the test report.I also did the photometry and optical performance test according the GB9468,GB22907,CIE121and LM79 standards，using the sphere and photometric test equipment, worked out the performance data of Flux, CCT, efficiency, CRI, UGR, Beam angle and distribution photometric IES data.Our lab had the CNAS authentication.I was participated in the process during authenticating. As a internal auditor, I used to do the sample test by the equipments and kept maintenance daily and measurement.
