In my past 6 years working for Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen, what I did is trying to work better to understand aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry and provide the technical solution to make the business success. As the member of Lufthansa group, I am also learning the culture and management difference and it's challenge for business. How to lead IT within globle company to balance standadization and personalization is also intersting.With 10 year work experience in IT area, I have the rich experience to manage the different IT project from R&D to Implementation; from ERP, CRM, HR to MRO system. I have also provided consultant service for some famous enterprise like WENS Food, KingWay Beer, Jiuhe Agricultural Materials, FiveStar Household Appliance.I treasure everyday and I hope that I can improve myself and bring more value for my company, partner and my family.
