Directed the University of Toronto Steam Plant Tour (2018), showcasing UofT's century old heating network and how it functions with steam plant engineer guiding the tour Helped establish and host NewHacks (2018). A competitive and introductory event for new hackers to tackle challenging technological issues while being tutored by industry specialists

Assisted reinforced concrete research while working under Professor Evan Bentz, MASc and Ph.D researches in the Structural Testing Facility at the University of Toronto. Predicted the failure location of the reinforced concrete beam with structural analysis. Tested steel bar T-shape reinforced concrete under flexture loading until failure. Helped design loading patterns for the second T-shape reinforced concrete specimen. Analyzed failure patterns through Response 2000 to confirm hand-calculated predictions of shear, moment and torsion failure types and their respective locations. Aided research through preparing steel fiber reinforced concrete for shear testing and analysis during testing. Prepared specimens for simple flexture failure as well as torsion and compression failure.

Developed innovative solutions to parking structures for Metrolinx GO stations. Ensured project goals of creating a realistic engineered solutions were met through open communication with scheduling, continuous research support in between deadlines and detailed recording and reflection of team performance.
