1、IT桌面技术支持提供技术支持；精通 Win系统IMG和ISO封装安装、配置、维护、故障排除；解决一些常见的系统问题2、软件维护根据要求安装相关软件；维护桌面系统的正常运行，如win7/win8/win10/CentOS；微软办公软件，Exchange/outlook（邮件系统的应用），趋势杀毒等管理3、硬件维护硬件问题的检验；打印机设备的检验；电话系统的检验监控考勤系统支持4、IT设备的管理和维护IT资产管理IT易耗品采购设备维修评估5、服务器和网络维护负责Dell服务器的运维，Raid的配置和系统安装及日常的巡检负责维护和管理运行的AD、DNS、DHCP、WDS、WSUS、NFS文件服务器等各类关键应用，熟悉NTFS权限和域控策略的使用负责维护和管理运行群晖存储服务器负责维护多个分支机构的深信服防火墙、华为三层交换机、华为无线AC控制器等网络设备，确保公司局域网持续可用6、环思ERP维护熟练使用环思ERP系统，严格把控erp账户和权限的划分根据业务需求调整相关报表每天备份erp系统数据库7、公司IM通讯工具（钉钉），企业微信，企业网站等维护8、其他完成领导交办的其他任务参与及配合公司IT知识库文档的撰写和维护
