Controlled, monitored and provided technical and maintenance engineering solutions in the implementation of plant rotating equipment / systems engineering and maintenance activities to ensure superior plant performance in HSE, availability, reliability and integrity. Plant rotating equipment consist of pump, compressor, steam turbine, gas turbine, gear box, air fin cooler, and cooling tower, mixer and agitator.• Prepared scope of work for maintenance job which include the job steps, engineering tolerance and material requirement.• Troubleshoot problematic rotating equipment at site.• Lead and conducted root cause analysis for bad actor equipment using 5-Why.• Conducted study on upgrading rotating equipment parts as part of rotating equipment reliability improvement. • Experienced in overhauling centrifugal pump, gear box, reciprocating compressor, steam turbine, mixer and gas turbine (major inspection).• Involved with turnaround in planning, scheduling and supervising overhaul job of screw compressor, internally geared centrifugal compressor, cooling tower fan, gearbox and steam turbine. • Have extensive exposures in solving problematic centrifugal vertical suspended (VS) pump.• Developed rotating equipment maintenance plan through established Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodology.• Observed, implemented and undertook all related company HSE policies. Experienced in becoming the team members for plant incident investigation which used tripod-beta as the investigation tool. • Developed spare parts stock strategy and lead the spare parts review on critical equipment.
