Developed the programs and estimating tools for sales and recruited and trained the technical support team focused on well-presented deliverables, repeat business, and customer success.

Joined during pre-revenue stages as one of TAKTL’s earliest employees. Participated in all facets of business development, lead generation, branding, marketing strategy, and early sales.

Collaborated with clients, organizations, and communities in the design of systems and spaces to promote sustainability efforts through traditional architectural practice, sustainable building consulting, and large-scale strategic urban planning.SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Conceptualized a project for the South Australian government's Office of the Premier Thinker-in-Residence program to design data visualizations to mobilize the public to be an advocate for integrated sustainable design.• Awarded AIA Honor Award (Regional & Urban Design) for a case study project in Ecodistrict Planning in post-industrial cities, re-imagining resilient neighborhoods as effective environmental solutions in urban planning.• Awarded 3rd place at the national AIA Committee on Design conference in Detroit for the “Branding the American House” competition.• Facilitated in the certification of over a dozen LEED projects, including Africa’s first LEED-certified building (Gold) for HSBC Bank Egypt Global Service Centre in Cairo, Egypt.EvolveEA is a full-service design firm that creates architecture, interiors, landscape design, graphic design, and consulting work focused on the intersection of sustainability and the built environment.
