Hello, I am Zhe Chen. I received a master’s degree in Film Studies in Ohio University. Now I am back in China working at Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival, China (GZDOC). I have a great passion for—and extensive experience in—both film theory and film production. My current goal is to find employment that allows me to continue my career within the media industry. Some of my main strengths include logical and critical thinking, organizational and leadership skills, and effective communication and teamwork capabilities. I am a fast and dedicated learner, and I am confident in my ability to adapt to the foreign and unexpected situation. Additionally, I am fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. I believe that these are all characteristics that would make me an invaluable asset, and I invite you to inquire further on how I may best serve your team. At the moment, I am looking for any type of experience, ideally a full-time position. If necessary, relocation is fine for me.
