- I worked as a materials engineer in the materials laboratory of BorgWarner Beru Systems in Ludwigsburg in Germany for 5 years. I was responsible for organizing and performing the material testing as well as documenting and presenting the results. I supported the development of materials and products and provided an interface to suppliers, customers and internal departments, such as the R&D department. I was also responsible for administering the material database system for three plants.- After leaving BorgWarner because of a reorganization in 2013, I worked as project engineer in the field of gear box for untility vehicle for almost one year. I gained the experience of failure analysis on different parts such as gear weel, roller bearing, converter with different tools for analysis and documanting.- since 2014 I came back to Shanghai and Works now as account Manager for the stamping die and OEM Parts (closure, PHS etc). I am in charge of development of the Markets, Quoting and keep the business and technical conversation with the Customer. In addition the coordination of the projects according to customers requirement belongs also my responsibility.- I earned an M.S. degree at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany. My areas of concentration were material technology (strength and fracture mechanics) and test and measurement techniques. Through an internship and a master's thesis at Daimler AG, I further deepened my materials knowledge. In addition, I have a good command of both German and English.- I am characterized as being reliable and target-oriented. I am good at planning and performing the project according to requirements of customer. I am confident that my independence and willingness to learn will also be of benefit to my future company.
