Timely work with line managers for performance related cases such as PIP plan and handle employee relation case. - Keep close communication with supporting teams to get feedback as well as providing support from company level.Training：- Prepare annual training plan according to business teams' request and be in charge of vendor selection process.- Conduct internal training or workshop on performance, new manager skill and communication skill. Facilitate training session on leadership skill with external vendor such as DDI. Compensation and Benefit:- Be responsible for annual regular compensation review. Follow up on promotion and merit increase with function leader and assist.- Analyze supporting team compensation data with benchmark to provide reference for function teams.Recognition and Engagement:- In charge of employee survey for year 2019 to 2020. Design questionnaire and roll out & analyze survey result. Share the result and work out action plan with business team.- Be responsible for employee recognition platform. Successfully roll out of the platform in 2020 with limited cost.
