Current• Maintain the semi-automated process flow of the production line, making sure all products meet SIRIM and manufacturing specifications• Ensuring orders are delivered on time by planning and coordinating resources from raw material to transportation.• Decrease production scrapped PVC by RM10,000 per month through production planning and improving machineries.• Implemented stock tracking system to make tracing stocks easier along the manufacturing process, making defect tracing possible at the same time decreasing defects by 15%• Managing factory machinery maintenance and improvement by liaising with machine vendors or sellers.• Troubleshooting breakdown causes (electrical & mechanical) to repair/replace faulty parts or mechanisms. Implementation of server-based production tracking program to be able to record and analyze data away from office and calculate production statistics more conveniently.
