July 14, 2022)). - Represent multinational technology companies in response to subpoenas involving allegedly hosting infringing foreign-based websites selling counterfeit products.- Defend cross-border trademark and copyright infringement actions. - Represent a former foreign government official in criminal forfeiture proceedings.- Obtained dismissal of a lawsuit against a law firm by its former client for breach of fiduciary duty and accounting.
