I've led cross-functional digital teams at Charter Spectrum, Ogilvy, and others.At Crux, I help grow and scale our capability of delivering mission-critical products to market in partnership with a wide variety of organizations big and small. We honed a refined approach to innovation balancing speed and time to market with impact. I worked in a wide variety of roles from business development, build and product strategy, organization planning and management, and operations.At Spectrum, I led the integration of dozens of customer facing portals inherited from one of the largest corporate mergers in telecommunication history and relaunched a unified go-forward digital self-service experience for the combined 30M customers. We did this in close partnership with dozens of business units across the organization and in less time than originally planned with no major customer disruptions.At CauseLabs, I helped build a premier social innovation technology company and I worked around the world with some of the most forward thinking organizations to bring about social change through technology. We worked closely with IDEO.org, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Water and Sanitation for the Urban Poor, and many other NGOs and government organizations around the world.My teams have built large scale web and mobile software platforms that have scaled to and impacted 25+ million users internationally. I've traveled around the world working with amazing organizations to determine how to effectively use technology to impact more people and build long-lasting sustainable solutions that drive ROI for their organizations.
