Improve the schedule performance in engineering and shutdown projects; Support the project and engineering manager with various scheduling issues; Prepare schedules at all project stages from feasibility study to start up;Identify the critical path of a project and the resource requirments of critical activities, major project risk; Track and monitor all activities of relevant disciplines and impacts during front end loading and the execution phases of the project; Provide necessary input to show the influence on schedule and cost; Inform the project manager in time about the status and follow up the project progress; Produce project transparency; Ask for the commitment of all members to fulfill the schedule; Ask for countermeasure to fulfill the schedule;

Assist control manager to maintain and report on cost budgets, forecast final costs and monthly expenditures;Bidding documents preparation and commercial bid analysis and clarification, assist contract engineer prepare contract annex;Collection the necessary information to adequately monitor, control, and trend the cost of a project;Monitor and track the actual quantity of work installed (bulk quantity);Assist to perform the necessary cost evaluation, projection, and analysis required for proper cost control and reporting;Assist cost manager to update and report the status of cost to date, estimated cost to complete, comparison to target estimates, cash and expenditure forecasts;Provide necessary and efficient cost evaluation for different solutions for relevant other project team member and department making decision.Change evaluation and management, and reports of major changes;Contract settlement and project cost data and document management;
