As a hatchery specialist:• Make sure barramundi grow from larvae to fingerlings as efficiently & as eco-friendly as possible.• Ensure that their health is in tip top condition.• Keep their bellies fed.• Run flowthrough and recirculating aquaculture tank systems, and to make sure nothing goes wrong (or if it does, react fast enough).• Maintain the production cycle of larvae to fingerlings, to ensure a constant supply to growout fish tanks.• Most importantly, ensure that hatchery operations are sustainable in the long term.I am basically a fish dad.
