As a software engineer with a bachelor's degree in computer science from UW-Madison, I am passionate about developing innovative and user-friendly solutions that leverage the power of machine learning and data analysis. In my most recent role at Ericsson Digital Services, I developed new features for a product that distinguishes packets' PDN type, improving packet capture and handling. I also tested the product using Wireshark and Ericsson's testing tools, ensuring high performance and reliability. I collaborated with clients' testers to identify and troubleshoot daily problems, and managed weekly Trouble Reports to enhance the product's user experience. Previously, I worked at DeepBrain Chain, where I developed and utilized the Pixel Annotation Tool application to produce datasets for training machine learning models that automatically detect flaws in pictures. I simplified the tool's source code to make it more user-friendly for Mac and Windows users, and designed a user-friendly GUI that met the company's requirements. I am eager to apply my technical skills and experience to help achieve the company's goals and create value for its customers. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Java, and Microsoft Word, and have obtained multiple certifications, including NVIDIA DLI Certificate for Building Transformer-Based Natural Language Processing Applications and Microsoft Learn AI Skills Challenge.
