• Handles ERP, custom applications, system integration (Flat file, API, Kafka), data engineering (Python, Spark) and data analytics (PowerBI).

• Manage Southeast Asia Shared Resource Center's (SSC) IS & IT services
• Handle IT budget and cost allocation to Brands/Local offices
• Manage a team of internal FTE and 6 external teams across the region
• Business Partnering with multiple Brand Managers and Business/Finance Controllers

• Responsibilities:
• Manage Group HQ's Datacenter in Singapore
• Functional Expert on Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Finance Management, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse and customized Manufacturing with Material Blending)
• Develop Transactional Reports in NAV using NAV C/AL
• Run HQ Technical Support Centre, handling remote escalation and onsite whenever necessary
• Implement IT Disaster Recovery Planning for all local offices (Establish baseline for business continuity, Power supply, WAN Uplink, Computing Spares, etc)

• Single point of contact onsite
• Provide Level 1 End User Computing (EUC) Support
• Manage escalation with Level 2 engineers
