Financial Analysis
Current●Analyze new acquisition and development opportunities for Tripalink’s co-living housing at Philadelphia region, perform deep qualitative and quantitative financial analyses on the viability of each investment opportunity, incorporate a variety of capital and financing structures including but not limited to cash investment, construction loan and refinance●Apply financial, mathematical and statistical techniques, such as sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo model, to assess and manage the risks of Tripalink’s proposed co-living housing projects●Utilize Python, SQL, and API to identify, collect and process raw data into effective data sets●Perform project cost and budget analysis, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and cash flow projection to evaluate and predict the profitability of Tripalink’s proposed co-living housing projects●Prepare proposal and report with suggested strategy, estimated profit, and planning based on data analysis; participate in meetings, such as Pricing Strategy Meeting and Market Expansion Meeting, to present the reports●Identify, track, and maintain financial metrics for Tripalink’s ongoing projects majorly at Philadelphia, such as total cost, current cash balance, and estimated expenses, and conduct existing property performance review, budget review, restructuring analyses, and appraisal review to monitor profit and loss and support management decision concerning corporate finance and business operations●Assist other departments, including but not limited to Marketing and Branding, Business Development, Leasing, and Investment Analytic, to collect data and form analysis reports; apply Tableau, Power BI, and other tools in data visualization. Support all other data related work in the company
