(6) Serving as fund-raiser and coordinator for IISL-related events during the 64th IAC in 2013 and thus made the events a great success；Serving as organizer and moderator of the IISL-CISL Seminar in Beijing on National Space Legislation.(7) Serving as co-chair and co-editor of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) Study 3.17 on Space Mineral Resources - a Global Assessment on the Challenges and Opportunities since 2014, whose English version was officially published in 2015.
