Assist the Contract Management team with Population Health analysis.- Deploy software upgrades of Meditech Data Repository and other assigned programs. Proactively monitor analytics and metrics results, report usage, and performance analysis of trends and data insights to the Data Analytics Committee.- Effectively program manages the implementation of data analytics applications purchased from a vendor or developed in house leveraging standard project management tools.- Participate in the development, design, and implementation of application solutions involving multiple systems to ensure data standardization and appropriate mapping to align systems for data output.- Provide ongoing management support of applications software purchased and/or maintained by a vendor or developed in house by prioritizing data requests from the organization and collaborating with leadership on the priorities.
