Network Locum is UK online platform connecting GP locums looking for temporary work with general practices seeking GP locum cover. I was brought on to evaluate the state of the current platform, identify areas for improvement and help develop UX strategy to be integrated into the product roadmap. I worked closely with company founders, on-site and off-site development team.I conducted user research sessions and internal stakeholder workshops, gathered and analyzed insights data to inform design decisions. This helped the company to develop its mobile and desktop UX design strategy. I have also worked on improving crucial product functionality, such as job posting, account creation and existing user portal.
