Handling the association's finances in a way that allows it to be compliant with regulations, as well as estimating the budget of the association.

- Assisted in the launch of product enhancements, new products by preparing the requirements, product documents, product materials, assisting in the User Requirements Testing (UAT)- Assisted in product recommendation tool preparation and implementation, involved in preparing the Sales Illustration & Product Disclosure Sheet of new products, supported in preparing the Sales Illustration Cover Page for new products.

Scope of responsibilities:- Support the Consumer Goods HRBP team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative task.- Assist in the preparation of HR letters - acceptance of resignation, confirmation, end of contract, redesignation & transfer, breach of contract, etc.- Assist in maintaining current employee information on SAP HR and performing ad hoc updatesas and when required.- Assisting on monthly Consumer Goods HR Dashboard preparation.

For the 3 months that I have worked in the company, I actively involved in the following tasks:-Manage inbounds of goods-Stock count and stock check-Putaway goods and arranging on shelves for ease of picking-Packing goods as per required by consumers-Ensuring goods were properly sorted to couriers for pick up

Arranged venue and movables e.g. tables, chairs and podium in preparations of major events in school, as well as keeping track of the club's finances.

Assisted the President in completing club activities, such as camp and training sessions, as well as easing communication between departments of the club.
