Stock Data Analyst
Current- Maintain company’s equity programs. Record accurate participant data within the equity administration platform, trading blackout periods and pre-clearance process. - Prepare data analytics for internal partners and respond to ad hoc data requests in support of ongoing equity operations. Prepares monthly and quarterly equity exercise reports by using data modeling software and methodologies to create financial reports. - Acts as a liaison between employees in different nations and regions in different backgrounds and global brokers, help employee to process stock option exercise transactions and statements, and processes stock transactions for global workforce - Coordinates stock transactions, employee data and other equity related reports with Payroll, HR, Legal and Tax departments.
