Radiant Logistics purchased Navegate and Centrade in Dec 2021. I lead the Centrade team, which is our SaaS offering for freight visibility, Purchase Order Management, and a Vendor Portal. We use modern Product, UX, and development practices to help our customers gain deeper insights into their freight and products.

Recruited to create and lead a software Product capability as Navegate took their in-house software to a best-in-class, Product based approach. I reported to the CEO and created their first Roadmap, which was regularly updated, used by the team, and presented to the Board quarterly. Created repeatable pricing and packaging, moving a monthly fee in arrears to upfront ARR subscription revenue. As a member of the leadership team, I participated fully in a successful acquisition to a strategic buyer. - Created a Product system that closed 2 new $100k ARR software only deals, where previous deals had only been add-ons with freight services. - Requested by the CEO to add responsibility for the CTO role after only 6 months, adding a team of ~15 members - Secured funding for a new Business Intelligence product and built a sellable MVP in months - Helped define, create, and launch a new brand (www.centrade.io) and parse apart the software business from the freight business - Led the team in onboarding multiple new customers and continuously improving the process – both business and technical - Planned and coordinated the team to complete migration to the Azure cloud u Hired, promoted, and mentored new Product, UX, and Development roles - Led the charge to create a full User Experience review of a new MVP withcustomers, and directed UX to distill results that influenced our roadmap for months based on customer feedback
