Project: Species Status Survey and Development of Elephant Conservation Action Plan for Bangladesh; Funded by- World Bank- Assisting the Bangladesh Country Office in the day-to-day operations for the projects.-Coordinate in data collection on HEC to understand the nature, scale & related attributes (population, demography, routes, corridors, environment, water sources, social structures, behaviour of crop raiding elephants etc. affecting conflicts;-Congregate community concerns and suggestions in planning, management & institutional framework of HEC mitigation actions;-Facilitate discussion with Forest Department, Community based organizations and local community in designing mitigation actions and decision making;-Support in regular assessment of mitigation activities in respective area;-Design and develop the community oriented communication materials and organize the community driven events;-Support to develop draft project reports and other analysis;-Facilitate discussion with community for capacity building training activities and provide support related to training;

Project: USAID Bagh Project (A project to save Bengal Tiger in Bangladesh Sundarbans)-Assist to develop team strategy, activity design and planning.-Implement and monitor the projects activities in Range level-Evaluation and monitoring of Range staff activities.-Coordinate field implementation and deliver the program level interventions into field teams. -Maintain liaison with relevant community groups and organizations-Facilitate training, workshop and meetings with the stakeholders including government agencies.-Build and maintain media and public relations.-Management of Tiger Human Conflict.-Stray tiger rescue.-Community engagement to manage tiger human conflict.-Supporting to prevent wildlife trafficking in Bangladesh Sundarban.
