With over 15 years of experience in marketing, customer experience design, and product strategy, I am passionate about creating solutions that improve self-management of teams and governance of communities.I am currently working on Harmonica, a SaaS platform that combines generative AI, conversational UX, and popular facilitation frameworks to enable fast multiplayer sense-making. We need more commons in the global economy, and more engaged citizens, to address the metacrisis and steer away from the current trajectory which can lead to collapse of our civilization. I am on a mission to help democratically governed orgs, such as DAOs, OSS and employee-owned businesses, improve their governance experience (GX) and become more aligned and scalable.
